Bake wedges at 200℃ for 15 – 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet, add onions and stir. Add mushrooms and rosemary. Once mushrooms are browned add garlic powder and stir. Remove from heat.
In a pan, melt butter, add flour, stir until thick. Add vegetable stock and stir well. Add mushrooms, stir in milk, ground pepper and soy sauce.
Place wedges on a serving plate and pour gravy over them. Season with rosemary.
