Loaded Potato Wedges
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Bake the Wedges® in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together the avocado, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper until the sauce thickens.
- Top the Wedges® with avocado sauce and fresh chopped green onions.
- Enjoy!
