Loaded Potato Wedges

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Bake the Wedges® in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the avocado, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper until the sauce thickens.
  5. Top the Wedges® with avocado sauce and fresh chopped green onions.
  6. Enjoy!
