Kebbeh Batata

Fry the onions in a nonstick skillet until transparent. Add the meat and pine nuts, season with salt and pepper and cook it all together until the meat is well done. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Stack half the amount of Hash Browns at the bottom of an oven tray. Layer with minced meat and top with another layer of Hash Browns. Bake Hash Browns in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve & Enjoy!
