Indian Potato Wrap

DIRECTIONS
Deep fry Lamb Weston® Wedges at 175°C for 4 minutes or until golden. Mix pepper, ginger, garlic, green chili and season with salt and chili powder. Saute mixture in a cooking pan. Wrap up each chapati with Wedges and the pepper mix. Grill for 5 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
