Fried Parmesan Truffle Fries

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a deep frying pan over medium heat, fry the Extra Crispy Fries® for 4 minutes or until golden.
  2. In a skillet, add the truffle oil, minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour the garlic mixture over the fried potatoes and mix well to combine.
  4. Serve.
