Crispy Chili Cheese Fries

In a pan heat olive oil and cook diced onion. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 min. In a separate pan cook minced beef, season with salt and pepper. Add red bell pepper to the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper and cook until thickened. Add cooked ground beef to the sauce. Season with cumin and add tomato paste and hot sauce. Add lemon juice, fresh thyme and water as needed and allow to cool. Deep fry Lamb Weston® Extra Crispy Fries at 175°C for 4 minutes or until golden. In a baking tray, layer fries and chili mix. Top with freshly grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 180°C for 5-10 min. Top with a dollop of sour cream and garnish with spring onions and jalapenos. Serve & Enjoy!
