Chicken Tikka Poutine

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and red chili powder. Add dry seasonings and spices. Clean any excess fat from chicken and add to yogurt marinade. Cover and allow to sit in fridge overnight. Bake Lamb Weston® Extra Crispy Fries in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Cook the chicken in a frying pan with a little vegetable oil. Allow to rest while the poutine is cooked and assembled. Season the baked Fries with a paprika and salt. Place Fries on a serving platter and sprinkle with the cheese. Ladle the marinade over the Fries and cheese. Dice the chicken into cubes and place on top of the poutine. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Fresh coriander, to garnish
